Belize Best Iced Latte with Coffee Ice Cubes
This iced latte is all about bold flavor that never gets watered down. By freezing sweetened Belize Best Coffee into ice cubes, every sip stays rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced — even as the ice melts.
Coffee Ice Cubes
Ingredients
1½ cups hot water
2–3 tablespoons Belize Best Coffee (strong brew)
1–2 tablespoons brown sugar (to taste)
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
Brew a strong batch of Belize Best Coffee using hot water.
While the coffee is still hot, stir in the brown sugar until fully dissolved.
Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
Let the coffee cool to room temperature, then pour into ice cube trays.
Freeze until solid (at least 4 hours, overnight is best).
Iced Latte
Ingredients
Belize Best coffee ice cubes
Cold milk of choice (dairy, evaporated milk, or plant-based)
Optional: extra brown sugar or vanilla, to taste
Instructions
Fill a glass with Belize Best coffee ice cubes & line with chocolate syrup.
Pour cold milk over the cubes until the glass is nearly full.
Stir gently and sweeten to taste, if needed.
Enjoy immediately as the cubes melt into a smooth, flavorful iced latte.
Serving Tip
For a creamier, café-style finish, use evaporated milk or a splash of sweetened condensed milk. Prefer it lighter? Regular cold milk or almond milk works beautifully.
