We’re bringing you a holiday classic—Cornbread! 🥮 Soft, golden, and just the right amount of sweet, it’s the perfect side dish to complement your Christmas feast.


📋 Cornbread Recipe:

1 C Flour,

1 ½ C Cornmeal,

⅔ C Sugar,

3 ½ tsp Baking Powder,

1 tsp Salt,

1 C Milk,

⅓ C Vegetable Oil,

1 Large Egg


Method:

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 400°F.

2️⃣ Whisk together dry ingredients (flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, salt).

3️⃣ Add milk, vegetable oil, and egg. Mix until smooth.

4️⃣ Prepare a baking dish with butter and flour or nonstick spray.

5️⃣ Pour batter into the pan and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.


Serve warm, and let this classic side shine on your table!
