Today, we're in the Mabe Kitchen whipping up a crowd-pleaser: Philly Cheesesteak! 🥩🥪 Juicy steak, melty cheese, and crisp veggies come together in perfectly toasted bread. It's quick, easy, and absolutely delicious!

RecipeYou’ll need: Panini bread, 1 lb flank steak, 1 medium yellow onion, 1 large sweet pepper, salt and pepper, 1 tsp minced garlic or garlic powder, a dash of Worcestershire sauce, Happy Cow Cheese slices (or your favorite cheese), mayo, and ketchup.

Method:

  1. Slice the steak into bite-sized strips and season with salt, pepper, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce.

  2. Heat olive oil in a pan and stir-fry the steak for 1–2 minutes. Remove and set aside.

  3. In the same pan, sauté onions and sweet pepper until slightly softened but still crisp.

  4. Add the steak back, stir-fry briefly, and top with cheese to melt.

  5. Toast bread on a grill, spread with mayo and ketchup, and stuff with the cheesy steak mixture.

  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
